عن الوظيفة
The General Foreman at NoVi Designs & Finishing oversees daily on‑site supervision of labor and subcontractors across interior design, fit‑out, MEP and construction projects, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance. Reports directly to Essam Sayed, PMO Director.
المسؤوليات
- Allocate daily tasks to workers, technicians and subcontractors in coordination with site engineers for interior fit‑out, MEP and finishing works.
- Supervise site activities to ensure strict adherence to approved architectural, interior design and MEP drawings, specifications and client instructions.
- Coordinate sequencing of trades (carpentry, plastering, electrical, HVAC, finishes) to maintain uninterrupted workflow and avoid re‑work.
- Monitor labor attendance, productivity, workmanship quality and daily output against the project schedule.
- Ensure timely availability and proper use of materials, tools, machinery and equipment specific to interior finishing and MEP installations.
- Report material shortages, equipment breakdowns and execution constraints proactively to prevent schedule impacts.
- Enforce HSE standards, verify correct use of PPE and conduct daily site safety briefings in line with Egyptian construction regulations.
المتطلبات
- Technical Diploma in Construction, Architecture, MEP or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- 10‑15 years of proven experience supervising multidisciplinary crews on interior fit‑out, finishing and MEP projects.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural, interior design and basic MEP drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution skills with a track record of managing subcontractors.
- In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, finish materials, MEP systems and Egyptian building codes.
- Certified in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH, OSHA) and familiar with site safety audits.
- Proficiency in daily reporting tools (Excel, MS Project or similar) and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

- Achieve ≥95% of daily planned productivity targets for each trade discipline.
- Maintain zero lost‑time accidents (LTA) and recordable incident rate below industry benchmark of 0.5 per 200,000 man‑hours.
- Report and resolve material/equipment shortages within 24 hours of identification.
- Ensure ≤5% re‑work or quality non‑conformance on finished interiors and MEP installations.
- Submit accurate daily progress reports to Site Manager with ≤2% variance from actual on‑site status.
