ISO 9001:2015 certified design and finishing company
ISO City has certified our quality management system to ISO 9001:2015 (certificate 220659) for finishing and decoration works and for general trade and distribution. This page shows the certificate, what it covers and how quality runs through every stage of a NoVi project.
The standard
What ISO 9001 certification means
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Our certificate is issued against its 2015 edition. A certified company has shown an independent certification body that it runs its work through a documented system: clear responsibilities, controlled documents and records, checks at defined points, and a routine for correcting problems and improving.
Certification does not happen once and stop there. The certificate states that it depends on maintaining the required standards throughout the certified period and that it is subject to annual assessments by the certifier.
Quality in delivery
How quality runs through our six delivery stages
Quality is not a final check. It is built into every stage of delivery. Here is the checkpoint at each stage of an integrated NoVi project.
Concept, design & visualisation
You review and approve the brief, concept and visualisations before any technical work starts.
Technical development & FF&E coordination
We prepare shop drawings, the BOQ and value engineering and check them against the approved design, so scope and cost are settled on paper first.
Procurement & approvals
Materials, samples and suppliers are approved before anything is ordered, and the approvals are kept on record.
Construction & execution
The works follow the approved drawings, supervised on site by our multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers and project specialists.
Quality & project control
QA/QC inspections, HSE controls and snagging happen at defined points during the works, not only at the end.
Integrated solutions & handover
Testing, furniture installation and styling come first. Then we hand over the project with its documentation.
On site
Inspections, health & safety and snagging
On site, the quality system looks like this:
- QA/QC inspections at each stage of the works, against the approved drawings and specification.
- Snagging lists raised and closed before handover.
- Health and safety (HSE) on every site. We also hold an occupational safety and health compliance certificate under Saudi GOSI requirements.
- Procurement and supply chain control: materials and suppliers approved against the specification.
- Testing and documentation at handover.

How long is the certificate valid?
Initial certification was on 15 July 2026 and the certificate expires on 14 July 2029. It is subject to annual assessments by ISO City in between.
Does ISO 9001 guarantee the quality of my finishes?
ISO 9001 certifies how we manage quality, meaning our processes. It does not grade a particular finish. The standard for your project is set in the approved drawings, specification and BOQ, and our inspections check the works against them.
