NoVi offers design and build for UAE clients: homeowners and businesses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi who want the design quality, drawing discipline and single point of contact they know from our work in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Every project is led from our Cairo head office or our Riyadh office.
To be clear from the start: NoVi has no office, branch or trade licence in the UAE. Site works and authority submissions sit with UAE-licensed contractors and consultants, whom we coordinate. What travels with us is the standard behind our Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2022 villa win, hotel interiors such as Fairmont Nile City, and an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

01UAE
Design travels well; site execution is regulated locally, so each is arranged where it belongs.
Layouts, 3D views, material selections, a bill of quantities and shop drawings, produced exactly as for our Egyptian and Saudi projects.
Fit-out and finishing are built by a contractor holding the relevant UAE licence; we lead the design, review submittals and monitor quality.
Selections presented online, approvals recorded in writing, and progress reported with photographs and video.
Visits are planned around survey, MEP rough-in and pre-handover checks, so decisions never wait for the next trip.
02UAE
Our UAE clients are often Saudi and Egyptian families who own a villa or apartment in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, and regional brands opening a workplace or showroom in the Emirates after working with us at home. They come to us for continuity: the same designers, the same documentation and the same attention to majlis, guest and family zoning that shapes our villa interiors.
The work you can review on our portfolio was designed and delivered in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, from La Vista Villa in Cairo to Hassan Café in Riyadh. It is the same design package a client in Dubai or Abu Dhabi receives, and the fairest way to judge the standard before you commit.

Our full scope is available to UAE clients at design level: interior design, architectural and façade design, MEP and lighting design, joinery, kitchens and FF&E. Supply and installation are arranged item by item, weighing lead times, import duties and after-sales support, and the whole package can run as one design and build engagement.

We review the property, the community rules and your goals, and agree the delivery model.
A site survey, layouts, mood boards and 3D views of the key spaces.
Shop drawings, MEP and lighting design and a bill of quantities ready for pricing and submission.
The UAE contractor builds while we review submittals, answer site queries and report progress.
Finished works checked against the drawings, snags closed, furniture installed and documents handed over.
06UAE
In the UAE, fit-out is usually discussed in dirhams per square foot, but a headline rate hides the real variables. A light refresh of a fitted floor and a bespoke headquarters with heavy MEP and joinery are different projects: the handover condition, the share of enclosed rooms, MEP and fire-system changes, joinery, and the authority and landlord approvals all move the figure.
07UAE
Our head office is in Cairo and our second office is in Riyadh; both are working studios you can visit, which is why we list no UAE address. From the Emirates, the practical route is a video call about the property, then a survey by the team that will lead your project. Book a site survey or compare our markets in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

The full design package, from layouts and 3D to shop drawings and BOQ, plus tender support, design supervision during works and a final check against the drawings before you accept the villa.
The UAE-licensed consultant and contractor appointed for the project submit to DM, DCD, DEWA and free-zone authorities. We supply the design information and fold their comments into the drawings.
Visits are planned at milestones such as survey, start of works, MEP rough-in and pre-handover. Between visits we work from written approvals and the contractor's photo and video reports.
Case by case. Some items are best made with our partners and shipped; others are better sourced locally once duties, lead times and after-sales support are weighed. We advise item by item.
Yes, and it suits our model well. We have offices in both countries, so our own teams run the site while you follow the project remotely through written approvals and regular photo and video updates.
