From our head office on Kattamya Road, one team designs, prices, finishes and hands over homes, clubhouses and commercial spaces across Cairo, Giza and the North Coast.
Egypt is home to NoVi Designs & Finishing and to our head office in Cairo. As an interior design company in Egypt that also builds, we take villas, apartments, clubhouses and offices from the first survey to the day the keys change hands, with one team accountable throughout.
Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and in 2022 we won the Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Best Luxury Villa Interior Design in Egypt. Today our Egyptian portfolio runs from concrete and architectural finishing for Mivida Gardens — 200 villas in New Cairo to design and build of The Marquee, a 1,500-seat venue in Taj City.

Most homeowners come to us with a compound unit received from the developer in red-brick or semi-finished condition. For them we combine interior design in Cairo with villa and apartment finishing at super lux, ultra super lux or high-end level, or hand the whole job to one contract through turnkey design and build. Business owners opening an office, clinic, store or restaurant start with commercial fit-out in Cairo.

Finishing in Egypt is usually discussed per square metre and by level, but a price per metre means nothing until you know what sits behind it. Two villas of the same size, both called high-end, can end up far apart once the stone, the joinery and the air-conditioning are specified.

Many clients finish their home in Egypt while working in the Gulf. Because every decision is documented in 3D, drawings and the BOQ before execution, selections are approved in online reviews and progress reaches you from site. Clients in the Kingdom can also meet us at our Riyadh office.
