Structural, civil and architectural works for residential, commercial and industrial developments, delivered by the team that also designs and finishes, so the building is right from the concrete up.
A general contractor is judged on the parts nobody sees after handover: the concrete, the levels, the waterproofing and the services buried in the slab. NoVi Designs & Finishing brings the discipline of our interiors work to construction and civil works, planning structure, MEP and finishing as one programme from the first pour to the last snag.
Our construction work is under way across Egypt: concrete and architectural finishing for Mivida Gardens — 200 villas in New Cairo, finishing, landscape and infrastructure for Capital Hills — 240 units in the New Administrative Capital, general contracting for the Lina Farm workers accommodation in Minya, and the rehabilitation of a 13,000 m² cold storage facility with 60 cold rooms in Sadat City. Quality is managed under our ISO 9001:2015 system.

01Construction & General Contracting
Foundations, frames and slabs built to the structural drawings, with sleeves and openings for services set before each pour.
Blockwork, plastering, roof and wet-area waterproofing and insulation, inspected before they are covered.
Windows and aluminium, flooring, stairs, ceilings, paint, doors and external finishes; see finishing works.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and low-current systems coordinated with the structure; see MEP works.
Site infrastructure, interlock, gates, pools and landscape, delivered with the buildings.
Refrigeration, cold-room doors, roof insulation, epoxy floors and loading docks in operating facilities.

03Construction & General Contracting
Most delays on site come from the hand-over between the structural contractor and the finishing contractor: missing sleeves, wrong levels, slabs that must be broken for services. Because we carry both, from shell and core to handover, those decisions are made once, on coordinated shop drawings. Our technical team supports every package with design development, BOQ, quantity surveying and value engineering, and QA/QC and health and safety run on site from the first day.

We study the drawings and specifications, survey the site and price the works line by line.
Structure, MEP and finishes are coordinated on shop drawings, with value engineering where it helps the budget.
Materials ordered against approved submittals; permit and authority documentation prepared and coordinated with the owner.
Structure, services and finishing sequenced as one programme, with regular progress reporting.
Inspections before each stage is covered, HSE on site and snagging under our ISO 9001 system.
Systems tested and commissioned, snags closed and the handover documentation delivered.
05Construction & General Contracting
Our construction and civil works are delivered in Egypt, from New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital to 6th of October, Minya and Sadat City; see design and build in Egypt. In Saudi Arabia our Riyadh office provides design, coordination and fit-out and finishing delivery rather than general contracting; see fit-out in Saudi Arabia. Yes. On large residential developments we deliver defined scopes, such as concrete and architectural finishing, within the main contractor's programme. We also act as general contractor or main renovation contractor where the client contracts us directly.
No. In the Kingdom we provide design, coordination and fit-out and finishing delivery from our Riyadh office. Construction and civil works are delivered in Egypt.
We prepare the drawings and documents that permits and developer approvals require and coordinate the submissions with the owner, in whose name permits are normally issued.
Yes. We survey and record the existing works, flag anything that must be corrected, and price the remaining scope from a fresh BOQ before we start.
Under our ISO 9001:2015 certified system: inspections before each stage is covered, material checks against approved samples, health and safety procedures, and documented snagging before handover.
