NoVi Designs & Finishing is an integrated design and build company. One coordinated team takes residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial projects from the first concept through construction, fit-out, landscape and FF&E to handover, from our offices in Cairo and Riyadh.

Projects rarely go wrong in the drawings or on the site alone. They go wrong in the gaps between them: between the designer and the contractor, between the drawings and the site, between the fit-out team and the furniture supplier. NoVi was built to close those gaps. Design, technical development, procurement, execution and handover sit with one coordinated team, so what is drawn is exactly what gets built.
Our work spans interior design, architectural design, design and build, fit-out, finishing works, MEP, landscape and FF&E, for villas and residential compounds, offices, restaurants and cafés, hospitality and industrial facilities.
NoVi Designs & Finishing is a NoVi Holding company, with its head office in Cairo and an office in Riyadh. We deliver projects for clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Leadership
NoVi Designs & Finishing is led by its founder and CEO, Eng. Ahmed Mohsen. He built the company around one idea: a client should have one accountable partner, from the first sketch to the moment the keys change hands.
That idea shapes how the company is organised: design studios, a technical office and site teams working to one programme, and an ISO 9001:2015 quality system that applies to every stage.
Luxury is precision. We draw every detail once, then build it exactly as drawn.
