NoVi Designs & Finishing is a luxury interior design company for people who expect the finished room to match the render. We design villas, apartments, hotels, offices and restaurants, and we hand over every design with the quantities and details needed to build it without guesswork.
Our villa interiors won the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2022 for Best Luxury Villa Interior Design in Egypt, and our hospitality work includes the lobby and lounge concept for Fairmont Nile City in Cairo. The studio works from Cairo and Riyadh under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, and serves clients in the UAE from both offices.

01Interior Design
One design package that can be priced line by line and built by any qualified team.
A site survey and a working session on how you live or trade, followed by a measured layout with zoning, circulation and furniture sizes.
A clear design direction with finishes, colours and furniture presented at three budget levels, so taste and budget are aligned from day one.
Photorealistic 3D views of every key space, showing materials, light and furniture, refined with you until sign-off.
A bill of quantities with named materials and suppliers, so quotations can be compared on equal terms before anything is ordered.
Partition, ceiling and lighting plans, finish schedules, joinery details and furniture layouts that site teams build from directly.
Power, air conditioning, plumbing and low-current points placed with the design, supported by our lighting design team.
02Interior Design
There is no house style at NoVi, only a house standard. Our portfolio moves from calm modern residences to richly layered neo-classic homes and Arabian-inspired interiors built around the majlis.
Whatever the style, we design for daily life: proportion before ornament, materials that age well, and details drawn for your rooms rather than borrowed from a catalogue.
03Interior Design
Homes include La Vista Villa in Cairo (850 m², modern and neo-classic), Villette Residence in New Cairo (300 m²) and Katameya Creek Town Residence (200 m²). In hospitality we have designed the lobby of Fairmont Nile City, resort interiors for Shams Hotels & Resorts in Marsa Alam and the reception and restaurant of the Talisman Hotel in Zamalek.
For food and beverage brands we designed Hassan Café in Riyadh (400 m²) with its joinery and lighting, and restaurant interiors for El-Dahhan in Cairo.
04Interior Design
Five stages, each closed with your written approval.
We measure the space, record your requirements and any architectural changes, and agree scope, deliverables and schedule in writing.
Layout options and mood boards set the direction and the budget level before any rendering starts.
Realistic views of each key space, revised with you until every surface is agreed.
Shop drawings, BOQ and suppliers list: the package that turns the design into a buildable, priceable project.
If NoVi also builds, the same designers follow the site through inspections, snagging and handover.

05Interior Design
Design alone is a strong start; design with execution removes the gap between drawing and site. Ask for design and build and the same team carries your interior through finishing works to handover, in compounds across New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed, in north Riyadh, or for homes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi served from our two offices.

An approved layout, 3D views of the key spaces, a materials and suppliers list, a bill of quantities, and shop drawings for partitions, ceilings, lighting, finishes, joinery and furniture.
After a site survey, based on area, the number of spaces, the level of detail and whether we also execute. You receive a written proposal before anything is signed.
The design stage depends on the size of the space and how quickly selections are approved; we fix a schedule in the proposal. If we also build, execution typically takes four to eight months.
Yes. We specify loose furniture and lighting within the design, and deliver custom joinery and kitchens with experienced manufacturing partners, coordinated by our team.
Yes. Many clients approve layouts, 3D views and samples from abroad, with site visits handled by our team in Cairo or Riyadh.
