1. Use of the website
You may browse the website and download our catalogues for personal, non-commercial reference. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or interfere with its operation.
2. Intellectual property
All designs, renderings, photographs, videos, catalogues, logos, text and the NoVi name and marks on this website belong to NoVi Designs & Finishing or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be copied, reproduced, executed as built work, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
3. Information and quotations
Content on the website, including our guides and articles, is for general information and is not professional, legal or regulatory advice for a specific project. Project images show completed or proposed work and may include furniture, materials or finishes that are not part of a standard package. Images marked “Visualisation” are computer-generated renderings inspired by our work, not photographs of a completed site. Prices, timelines and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract.
