Clubhouse and gym design and build tests endurance as much as style: hundreds of users a day, wet areas beside timber, plant that must run for years, and a developer who needs the building open with the community. NoVi Designs & Finishing delivers these spaces as one integrated package, from architecture to FF&E.
For Madinet Masr at Taj City, New Cairo, we are the integrated design & build contractor for the Kinda Community Center and the design & build contractor for The Marquee, a 1,500-seat events venue of about 4,675 m²; both are under construction. We have also tendered as design & build contractor for the Taj Gardens Clubhouse. All of it is managed under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Leisure buildings wear out where homes never do: at the gym floor, the changing-room drain and the café counter. We design for that from the start, choosing finishes by traffic and moisture rather than by mood board alone, and sizing air conditioning and fresh air for full occupancy, not an average day.

A clubhouse is never only an interior. At Kinda our scope runs from architecture, interior fit-out, MEP and FF&E to the landscaped courtyard, pool and external works; at The Marquee it includes the steel structure, façade, infrastructure and landscape. Keeping all of it in one design and build contract means one programme, one budget and one team answering for the result.

For developers, the clubhouse is often the first building residents judge. We plan it with the handover of the community in mind, phase works around occupied neighbourhoods, and involve the future operator early so the gym, café and event spaces are built for how they will run.
