Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, city, project details and any files you send when you contact us, request a quotation or apply for a job.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, page speed, the referring website and approximate country (derived from your browser’s time zone, not from your IP address). Anonymous site statistics are kept per browser tab and switched off if you reject analytics; Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for every cookie and storage item, its purpose and duration.
• Enquiry form: when you send an enquiry we store the details you enter (name, email, phone, country, city, service, project type, area, budget, preferred contact method and message), your language and the page you sent it from. We also store the source of your visit with the enquiry — the referring website or campaign tags and the landing page of this visit and, only if you accepted marketing cookies, of your first visit — and classify it (for example search engine, AI assistant, social media, advertising, email or direct). This tells us which channels bring enquiries. If you chose “Reject all”, only the page you sent the form from is stored. Your IP address is used briefly to block spam and is not stored with your enquiry. Enquiries are held in our secure database and sent by email to our sales team. They are used only to respond to you and prepare a proposal, and are kept as described in the Retention section.
• Information from partners: campaign performance data from advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, when you have consented to marketing cookies.

2. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver design, fit-out and finishing services.
• To operate, secure and improve the website and measure how it is used.
• With your consent, to send you project updates and offers and to show you relevant NoVi advertising on other platforms (retargeting).
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — hosting, analytics, advertising, communication and CRM tools — under contracts that require them to protect it, with NoVi group companies where needed to serve you, and with authorities where the law requires.

5. International transfers

Some providers store data outside Egypt or Saudi Arabia. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards and transfer only what is necessary for the purpose described in this policy.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a project follows, in which case project records are kept for the period required by law. Marketing and analytics data is kept for no longer than 26 months.

7. Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing.
• Object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time, including through “Cookie settings” in the website footer.
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Center in Egypt or the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where required.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
