Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and low-current systems designed with the architecture and interiors, then installed, tested and handed over inside one accountable contract.
MEP works decide how a building performs long after the finishes stop being new: whether rooms cool evenly, whether power holds under load, whether a fire is detected in time. At NoVi, MEP and systems integration is one of six core capabilities, coordinated with the architecture from the first layout rather than added afterwards.
The clearest proof is the cold storage facility rehabilitation in Sadat City: 13,000 m² and 60 cold rooms, where we are the main renovation contractor for plumbing, electrical, fire alarm and firefighting, refrigeration and roof insulation. MEP integration is also in our scope on Lina Farm workers accommodation in Minya and The Marquee in Taj City, New Cairo.

Most budget overruns in a finished interior trace back to services: a duct that will not fit the ceiling void, a drain without enough fall, a board sized for yesterday's load. We draw combined services layouts over the architectural and interior design plans, so ducts, pipes and cable trays are resolved before a single wall is closed.

In Egypt, the limits are usually the unit's supplied capacity, compound rules on condenser positions and façade openings, and the drainage the developer provided, whether in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed or the New Administrative Capital. See fit-out in Egypt.
In Saudi Arabia, systems follow Saudi Building Code requirements, and fire and evacuation design is prepared for Civil Defense review with the licensed office that submits it. See fit-out in Riyadh, or book a site survey.

Ask the teamAir conditioning and ventilation, electrical power and lighting circuits, water supply and drainage, fire alarm and firefighting, and light-current systems such as data, CCTV, intercom and access control. In industrial projects it can also cover refrigeration and cold rooms.
Both. We install, test and commission MEP inside our fit-out, renovation and design and build contracts. You can also hire us for MEP design only and receive loads, layouts and quantities your own contractor can price.
Yes. We calculate each room's load, compare ducted, VRF and central options on layout and running cost, and place diffusers and outdoor units with the ceiling and façade design.
We design the fire alarm and firefighting layouts to the applicable code and prepare the approval package. Where the authority requires a licensed office to stamp and submit it, we coordinate the submission with that office.
Yes. We check incoming capacity and the condition of boards, piping and AC, replace what has aged, add missing light current, and test everything before new finishes cover it. See renovation.
