Renovation & refurbishment
We find out what is really behind the walls, redesign around how you live or work now, and rebuild services and finishes on a programme that keeps disruption to a minimum.
A renovation company earns its fee in the unknowns: damp behind tiles, undersized cables, a slab that cannot carry a new kitchen. We open up, test and price those risks honestly before the design is final, then deliver the redesign, MEP upgrades and new finishes under one contract.
Our largest current renovation is the cold storage facility rehabilitation in Sadat City: 13,000 m² and 60 cold rooms, where we are main renovation contractor for services, epoxy floors, roof insulation, loading docks and external works. At the other end of the scale, our scope on the Qatari Diar VIP Sales Office (330 m²) is a full interior and exterior renovation.

01Renovation
Services, waterproofing, cracks and moisture checked, with test openings where the risk is real.
Walls moved, kitchens opened and rooms re-planned, with 3D views before demolition.
Ageing wiring, boards, piping and AC replaced, and the light current the building never had added.
Floors, ceilings, walls and paint redone to the same standard as our finishing works.
Wet areas rebuilt with new waterproofing, plus kitchens and joinery made with our manufacturing partners.
New cladding, openings and lighting drawn by our architectural design team.

02Renovation
Most homes we renovate are still lived in, so we phase by zone: dust screens around the active area, floors and furniture protected, one bathroom and a kitchen point kept working, and noisy work kept to agreed hours. Typical briefs are a villa bought after years of use, a majlis being modernised, or a kitchen opened to the living room.
Apartments and penthouses usually mean re-finishing within the same shell, which is where careful sequencing saves weeks. See our work on villas.

04Renovation
Measured survey, services check and test openings where hidden problems are likely.
Layout, finishes and services redesigned, priced line by line with provisional items flagged.
Developer or building-management approvals prepared, and a phasing plan agreed around occupants.
Demolition, services, waterproofing and finishes, with each stage inspected under our ISO 9001 system.
Systems tested, snags closed and the updated drawings and documents handed over.
05Renovation
In Egypt, renovating inside a compound in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed or the North Coast follows the developer's approval and finishing-deposit process, and façade or structural changes need their own approval. See finishing in Egypt.
In Saudi Arabia, villa renovation is one of the most common requests in Riyadh. Works touching structure or façade need a permit, which we prepare drawings for and coordinate with a licensed engineering office. See villa finishing in Riyadh, or book a site survey.

Questions
Straight answers to what clients ask us before a site survey. Not covered here? Ask the team directly.
Ask the teamLess than a full finish where the layout and services stay, and close to one where walls move and MEP is replaced. We survey first, then quote from a BOQ that separates confirmed works from provisional items.
Often, yes, if the work can be phased by zone. We isolate the active area, protect floors and furniture, keep essential services running where possible and agree working hours with you.
It depends on the area, how much is removed and whether you stay in the house; phased work takes longer because fewer trades work at once. We set out the programme with the quotation after the survey.
Interior works that leave structure and façade untouched usually need only developer or building-management approval. Structural, façade and extension works need a permit, prepared with a licensed engineering office.
Yes, and in older properties it matters most. We check incoming capacity and board condition, replace ageing circuits and piping, and test everything before new finishes cover it.
Yes. A master suite, a majlis, a kitchen or a single office floor are common projects, designed so the new part still reads as one with the rest.
