Our architectural design services begin with the plot, the programme and the rules that govern both, and end with a coordinated drawing set a contractor can build from. Everything that creates value sits in between: massing, circulation, façade language, and how the building meets the street, the garden or the skyline.
The same studio has taken schemes from concept to façade development for Sumou Al Shabab in Riyadh, a 45,000 m² mixed-use site with a 45+ storey office tower, for Hilton Embassy Suites in Makkah with 392 two-room suites, and for Palm Hills Katameya mixed use in New Cairo. Work runs from our offices in Cairo and Riyadh under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.

Commission a façade study, a full villa design or a complete building; every stage is drawn to the same standard.
Plot data, setbacks, orientation, views, access and the planning rules that apply, read before the first sketch.

02Architectural Design
A villa plan is a family's routine drawn in walls: where guests enter, how far the majlis sits from the kitchen, whether the roof becomes a terrace or an annex. We draw new villas and twin houses together with the interior design, so openings, ceiling heights and services line up from the start.
Façade redesign is one of the most requested briefs: we survey the existing elevations, confirm what can change without touching the structure, and pair it with interior renovation where needed. See our work on villas.

05Architectural Design
In Egypt, compound design guidelines in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, the New Administrative Capital and the North Coast control built-up area, heights, roof use and often the façade palette; we read them before the first concept. See how the Cairo office works on the Egypt page.
In Saudi Arabia, drawings are prepared to Saudi Building Code requirements, and villa plans carry separate men's and women's majlis, a guest entrance and often an annex. Our Riyadh office in Al Olaya is on the Saudi Arabia page; clients building in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are served from both offices.

We prepare the architectural set in the format the authority expects and coordinate with the licensed engineering office or consultant that stamps and submits it. At the start we tell you which approvals your project needs and who signs each one.
Yes. We survey the elevations, confirm what can change without structural work, and design new cladding, openings and façade lighting that can realistically be executed, within the developer's rules if the villa is in a compound.
Yes. We issue the drawings, review the contractor's shop drawings against them and answer site queries. Many clients later ask us to take the interiors or the whole build under one contract.
Yes, and that is the advantage. Interiors, MEP coordination and landscape are drawn in the same studio, so ceiling heights, AC routes, terrace levels and drainage are agreed once rather than patched later.
