We work to a documented system with defined responsibilities, controlled drawings and approvals, inspections at set points and corrective action when something falls short. An external certification body assesses it every year. We do not certify ourselves. How our quality system works

Regional memberships
Arab-African Union for Economic Integration
NoVi Designs & Finishing is a member of the Arab-African Union for Economic Integration and is registered in the union's international companies coding database. We hold two union documents. The trade exchange licence for union members covers our activities, finishing and decoration works and general trade and distribution. The corporate coding certificate records our international code.
According to the licence, members may market their activity and act as intermediaries with companies and bodies affiliated to the union, within the laws of each country. The membership adds to the local registrations each project requires. It does not replace them.

Yes. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by ISO City (certificate 220659) for finishing and decoration works and for general trade and distribution. The certificate is valid until 14 July 2029, subject to annual assessments. See the certificate.
How can I verify your ISO certificate?
The certificate itself says how. Use the certificate verification tool on the certifier's website, www.isocity.co.uk, and enter certificate number 220659. We also include the certificate with our proposals on request.
Which award did NoVi win?
We won the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2022 in the category Best Luxury Villa Interior Design for Residential Villa, for a villa in Egypt (certificate LLA/2022-0014). Read about the award.
Can I get your certificates for a tender in Saudi Arabia or the UAE?
Yes. Ask for them with your tender documents and we will send the ISO 9001 certificate, the award certificate and our membership documents. We work from offices in Cairo and Riyadh and deliver projects for clients in the UAE. Local permits and registrations for each project follow the rules of that country.
