Every finish is sampled and approved against the design before it is ordered, and furniture, lighting and systems are coordinated with the architecture rather than bought at the end. Our supply chain includes established regional and international brands.

What is design and build?
Design and build is a delivery model in which one company is responsible for both the design and the construction under one contract. At NoVi it covers concept and 3D design, technical development, procurement, execution, quality control and handover.
Is design and build more expensive than hiring a designer and a contractor separately?
Not by definition. Because the BOQ and value engineering are prepared by the team that will build, cost decisions are made before work starts instead of turning into variations later. The final budget always depends on the scope, the specification and the site.
What do I receive before construction starts?
The layout and concept, 3D visualisation of the spaces, the materials list and your selections, the BOQ, the suppliers list and the shop drawings that the site will build from.
How is quality controlled on site?
Through our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system: QA/QC, HSE, inspections and snagging run through every stage, and testing and documentation are part of handover. See our ISO 9001 certification.
