Hotel and hospitality interior design is about the moment a guest walks in and the thousand small moments after: the lobby that sets the mood, the room that feels generous at 30 m², the lounge that works at breakfast and midnight. We design those moments for city hotels, Red Sea resorts and boutique retreats.
Our hospitality interior design includes the lobby and lounge of Fairmont Nile City in Cairo, Shams Hotels & Resorts and The Oasis Dive Resort in Marsa Alam, and boutique hotels in Zamalek, the North Coast and Fayoum. In Makkah we provided the architectural design and hospitality planning for Hilton Embassy Suites, with 392 two-room suites.

Resort and hotel interiors in Cairo, the Red Sea and the North Coast
At Shams Hotels & Resorts, on the Red Sea coast south of Marsa Alam, our interior design covered 1,300 m² of a resort of around 24,000 m² with some 160 sea-view rooms, blending Mediterranean, Wabi-Sabi and refined rustic influences. The Oasis Dive Resort in Marsa Alam received a contemporary, oasis-inspired interior across 900 m².
In the city, the Fairmont Nile City lobby and lounge serve a hotel of 562 rooms and suites, while Talisman and Longchamps in Zamalek, Le Sidi on the North Coast (700 m²) and Lazib Inn in Tunis Village, Fayoum (760 m²) show how a strong concept gives a smaller hotel its identity.

Event venue and clubhouse design and build
For leisure venues we act as design and build contractor. At Taj City in New Cairo, for Madinet Masr, we are building The Marquee, a 1,500-seat events venue of about 4,675 m², covering architectural works, steel structure, MEP, façade, FF&E coordination, infrastructure and landscape. The Kinda Community Center is an integrated design and build scope from architecture and interior fit-out to the pool and courtyard.
We are also tendering as design and build contractor for the Taj Gardens Clubhouse in the same development. For gyms, sports clubs and wellness spaces, see clubhouse design and build.

Hospitality design in Makkah and Riyadh
For Hilton Embassy Suites in Makkah (Thakher City Development), on a site of about 3,849 m², our scope was architectural design, façade design development, hospitality planning, exterior design and consultant coordination for 392 two-room suites. In Riyadh, our architectural work on Sumou Al Shabab includes a 15+ storey four-star hotel, and on Al Akaria Center One a hotel within a mixed-use scheme. Learn more about our work in Saudi Arabia.

Do you design resorts on the Red Sea?
Yes. Shams Hotels & Resorts and The Oasis Dive Resort, both near Marsa Alam, are in our hospitality portfolio. Coastal interiors need materials that handle sun, salt and sand without losing their character.
Can you design a hotel's restaurant, bar or lounge?
