Luxury villa interior design is judged in the details you live with every day: how guests arrive, how light falls on the stair, how a joinery line meets the ceiling. We design and finish villas as one continuous project, so none of those details is lost between the designer and the contractor.

Modern, neo-classic and Arabian villa design
Style is a brief, not a catalogue. Modern villas rely on proportion, concealed lighting and precise joinery; neo-classic villas on mouldings, stone and symmetry; Arabian-heritage interiors on pattern, screens and generous majlis. Many families want a blend: a formal neo-classic reception with a relaxed modern family wing.
La Vista Villa in Cairo shows the approach at scale: 850 m² designed and finished by NoVi, combining modern and neo-classic language across the living areas, staircase, bedrooms, bathrooms and pool. Villa finishing in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed and Riyadh
In Egypt most villas we finish sit in compounds in New Cairo (Fifth Settlement), Sheikh Zayed, the New Administrative Capital and the North Coast, where developer rules on façades, working hours and deposits shape the programme. Finishing on site
Our site team executes to the drawings with inspections at every stage and regular progress reports.

Ask the teamCan you design a majlis and a separate guest wing?
Yes. We plan the guest entrance, men's and women's majlis, dining and guest toilets as a zone that can be closed off from family areas, then design the seating, lighting and acoustics for it.
Can you take a villa from core and shell to move-in?
Yes. We design the interiors and any façade changes, execute finishing, MEP, joinery and landscape, and hand over with furniture installed if you choose. One team is responsible for the whole programme.
What is the difference between super-lux and ultra super-lux finishing?
Broadly, the grade of materials and the amount of custom work. Ultra super-lux and high-end villas use natural stone, feature ceilings, bespoke joinery and integrated lighting, while super-lux uses quality standard finishes. We show both options in the BOQ so you can choose room by room.
Do you work inside compounds with developer rules?
Yes. We prepare the drawings the developer asks for and plan the works around its rules on façades, working hours, deliveries and deposits.
How long does a villa finishing project take?
Execution typically takes four to eight months, depending on area, starting condition and scope. The full programme, including design, is set out in the proposal after the site survey.
Can I follow the work while I live abroad?
Yes. Selections are approved on 3D views and samples, and you receive regular progress updates from site. To begin, book a site survey.
