NoVi Designs & Finishing designs homes, palaces and hospitality spaces for clients across Saudi Arabia, with a Saudi branch in Al Olaya, Riyadh and a design studio in Cairo. Every project gets concept design, 3D visualisation, material and FF&E selection, and working drawings a contractor can build from. In Saudi Arabia we can also carry the project through fit-out and site coordination.
Recent work in Saudi Arabia
- Riyadh Apartment: a family apartment in warm walnut, soft neutrals and marble, covering reception, kitchen, living room, master suite, roof terrace and bathrooms.
- Dammam Palace: a private palace designed from the street inwards, covering the classical façade, landscaped entrance, living room and majlis, family suites and bathrooms.
- Hassan Café, Riyadh: a 400 m² café with interior design, FF&E, lighting, custom joinery, branding support and 3D visualisation.
- El Mukhtar Sweets, Al Khobar: a sweets shop organised around a continuous run of display counters.

Designing for how Saudi families live
A Riyadh home has to work for two audiences at once: guests and the family. We start every villa and apartment with the zoning. The guest majlis, the men's and women's reception areas, the guest bathroom and the entrance sequence are planned so visitors never cross the family areas. Family living, the kitchen, bedrooms and the roof or garden then get their own circulation, with service access for drivers and housekeepers kept separate where the plot allows.
From there we design the majlis as the showpiece of the house: seating layout for large gatherings, ceiling and lighting design, wall finishes, and the joinery for storage, display and incense or coffee corners. Family areas are designed for daily use, with durable finishes, good storage and easy-to-clean surfaces.
Villas and palaces
For villas and palaces we design from the street inwards, as in the Dammam Palace project: the façade, gate and landscaped entrance set the first impression, then the interior follows the same language. Classical, neo-classical and contemporary Gulf styles are all part of our portfolio. We coordinate interior design with the façade and landscape so the house reads as one project, not separate packages.
Cafés, restaurants and shops
Riyadh's café and dessert scene rewards strong concepts. For F&B and retail clients we plan the customer flow, counter and back-of-house layout, seating mix, lighting and brand touchpoints, then specify finishes and FF&E that survive heavy daily use. Hassan Café in Riyadh and El Mukhtar Sweets in Al Khobar show this approach. For larger hospitality projects see hotel and hospitality fit-out and our restaurant and café fit-out page.
Climate and materials
Riyadh's summer heat, sun and dust shape our specifications. We favour materials and finishes that stay stable in high temperatures and are easy to clean, plan window treatments and shading for west-facing rooms, and design lighting and HVAC positions together with the ceiling so the result is both comfortable and clean-lined.
