04Residential Design & Build
In Egypt most of our residential work is in compounds in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, the New Administrative Capital and the North Coast, where developer finishing rules and approvals shape the programme; read finishing in Egypt. Our largest residential project is concrete and architectural finishing for Mivida Gardens — 200 villas in New Cairo.

Ask the teamYes, on a turnkey basis. We design the interiors and any architectural changes, then execute finishing, MEP, joinery and landscape, and hand over with furniture installed if you choose. One team is accountable for the whole programme.
Yes. Most of our homes in Egypt are in compounds. We prepare the drawings the developer asks for and plan the works around its rules on façades, working hours and deposits.
Yes. Selections are approved on 3D views and samples, and you receive regular progress updates from site, so you can follow your home from wherever you live.
We design them in-house and deliver them with experienced manufacturing partners, coordinated and installed by our team, so you still deal with one contractor.
It depends on the area, the starting condition and the scope. Execution of interior projects typically takes four to eight months; we set out the full programme in the proposal after the site survey.
