Apartment and penthouse interior design is a game of millimetres: storage that disappears into walls, kitchens that open to the living room without the smell, and a layout that works inside the developer's rules. We design the unit, specify every finish and deliver it turnkey, so the plan survives contact with the site.
Our residential references include Katameya Creek Town Residence (200 m², new classic) and Villette Residence (300 m², neo-classic modern) in New Cairo. At a larger scale, we are delivering finishing, landscape and infrastructure for Capital Hills — 240 units in the New Administrative Capital.

Duplex design and penthouse interiors
A duplex is two homes that must read as one: the stair becomes the centrepiece, and the split between reception below and private rooms above has to feel natural. A penthouse adds a roof terrace, larger spans and views, so the outdoor room, its shading and waterproofing are designed with the interior, not after it. See our roof-top designs.
Standard apartments are about making every metre work: a guest toilet squeezed in without losing a bedroom, storage for a family of five, a kitchen that is open but controlled. Villette Residence in New Cairo is a good example, with finishing, joinery, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms and furnishing delivered as one scope.

Ask the teamCan you move walls in a compound apartment?
Often yes, as long as the walls are not structural and the developer approves. We check the structural drawings, prepare the submission the developer asks for and only then finalise the layout.
How long does apartment finishing take?
It depends on the area, the starting condition and the finishing tier. After the survey we give you a written programme; long-lead items such as joinery and imported materials are ordered early so they do not hold up handover.
Do you design duplexes and penthouses with roof terraces?
Yes. We design the stair, the double-height spaces and the roof terrace together, including shading, waterproofing, lighting and outdoor seating.
Can you finish an apartment ready for rental?
Yes. We specify durable, easy-to-maintain finishes and supply furniture, curtains and appliances so the unit can be let or listed as soon as it is handed over.
