Le Sidi Boutique on the North Coast (Alexandria) commissioned NoVi for the interior design of its reception and waiting areas, covering 700 m², in a boho chic style. These are the spaces in which a guest's stay begins, where arrival, check-in and waiting all come together.
In a boutique-scale hospitality property the arrival spaces carry more of the identity than in a large hotel: with fewer public rooms, the reception has to express the personality of the whole place. It must also stay practical for check-in and luggage, and comfortable for guests who wait, meet or simply linger.
Boho chic is known for a relaxed, collected character — natural textures, layered fabrics, handcrafted pieces and an easy mix of old and new — which sits naturally with a summer coast. NoVi's interior design team developed the reception and waiting areas within this style across 700 m², balancing its informal warmth with the clear order that the functional parts of the space require.
