NoVi is an interior design company in Cairo whose drawings are made to be built. From our head office on Kattamya Road we design compound villas, apartments, penthouses, hotel lobbies and restaurants across Egypt, and every design leaves the studio with the quantities and details a site needs.
In 2022 our work won the Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Best Luxury Villa Interior Design in Egypt, and our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Clients range from families finishing a unit in the Fifth Settlement to hotels such as Fairmont Nile City and the Talisman in Zamalek.

Most Cairo projects start with a developer unit and a family brief, and both shape the design.
A villa in New Cairo or Sheikh Zayed usually arrives with a fixed façade, a developer's finishing guideline and a layout drawn for a buyer the architect never met. Our job is to rework it around how you actually live: a formal reception that can host family gatherings, a private wing, generous storage, a kitchen that works for daily cooking and a separate one for show, and bathrooms planned with the plumbing points you already have.
Styles in Cairo lean towards neo-classic and modern classic, with a clear shift to contemporary and warm minimal interiors. We design in all of them, but always with Egyptian supply in mind: marble, porcelain, wood finishes and lighting that can be sourced locally at the quoted price. Interior design in Egypt is quoted in Egyptian pounds after the survey. A design-only commission for three key spaces and a full villa commission with bespoke joinery in every room are different pieces of work, and we price them that way rather than with a single rate.
