We are the main renovation contractor for the Egyptian National Company cold-storage rehabilitation in Sadat City: 13,000 m² and 60 cold rooms. For Lina Farm we are building workers' accommodation in Minya and are the design and build contractor for four main gates in 6th of October City, all under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

At the Egyptian National Company facility in Sadat City, Menoufia, we are the main renovation contractor for a 13,000 m² cold-storage complex with 60 cold rooms. The scope brings every discipline under one programme: plumbing, electrical, fire alarm and firefighting, refrigeration, cold-room doors, roof insulation, epoxy floors, interlock and landscape, gate foundations and loading docks.
Rehabilitation work of this kind is about sequencing: insulation before refrigeration commissioning, floors before racking, fire systems tested before stock returns. It is the same discipline we bring to any renovation, applied at industrial scale.

In Minya, we are the general contractor for Lina Farm's workers' accommodation: one main staff building and two gate buildings, covering building construction, interior finishing and MEP integration. Staff housing on agricultural and industrial sites has to be durable, easy to maintain and comfortable in a hot climate.
In 6th of October City, we are the specialist design and build contractor for Lina Farm's four main gates: foundations and civil works, structural steel and metalwork, Alucobond cladding, architectural details, lighting and electrical, and the gate systems themselves.
