Lighting design
Lighting is the cheapest part of a project to specify and the most expensive to correct. We get circuits, colour temperature and beam angles right on the drawing, and the space does the rest.
Good lighting design is why one room feels calm and another flat with exactly the same finishes. We treat it as a discipline of its own — layers, fittings, circuits and control — drawn with the ceiling, the joinery and the MEP, never added to them afterwards.
Lighting was part of our scope on Hassan Café in Riyadh (400 m²), on Villette Residence in New Cairo (300 m²), and on the four main gates of Lina Farm in 6th of October City, where lighting and electrical works were built into the gate design. Fittings and controls are specified from suppliers we work with, including Asfour Crystal, HDL and Schneider Electric.

Every fitting placed against the ceiling design, furniture layout and AC openings, at distances that wash walls evenly.

02Lighting Design
In a home, lighting earns its keep in four places: the majlis or reception, the staircase, the dining table and the façade. Concealed cove and profile lighting, the detail clients ask for most, works only when the gypsum detail leaves room for the strip and its driver, which is why we draw them together.

We design lighting for homes and commercial spaces in Cairo, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed and the North Coast from our head office, and across the Kingdom from our Riyadh office in Al Olaya; clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are served from both. We specify fittings that are genuinely available and supported in each market, because a fixture with no local stock is a risk, not a specification. Book a site survey.

Ask the teamAt the interior layout stage, before ceilings and electrical drawings are fixed. Once cabling is pulled and gypsum is closed, changes cost far more and options narrow.
