In Riyadh we designed Hassan Café, a 400 m² interior covering FF&E, lighting, custom joinery, branding support and 3D visualisation. Our villa work earned the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2022 title for Best Luxury Villa Interior Design in Egypt, and every project runs under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system, from the Al Olaya office working with our Cairo design studio.

The majlis is the room guests remember, so we design it as the centrepiece of the home.
A men's majlis usually needs its own entrance, a guest washroom, a serving route from the kitchen that never crosses the family side, and seating for large gatherings without feeling empty on ordinary evenings. A women's majlis asks for the same generosity with complete privacy from the street and from the men's wing. We solve these relationships on plan before we discuss a single material.
