I founded NoVi so that every client would have one partner, accountable from the first sketch to the moment the keys change hands. That promise is the standard behind every villa, hotel and workplace we deliver across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and it is the only standard I ask to be judged by.

Construction & Integrated Contracting
From concrete frames to the last coat of paint, we deliver large residential and industrial works for leading developers in Egypt. Our site teams deliver structure, architectural finishing, MEP, landscape and infrastructure as one coordinated scope, planned, inspected and snagged under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Fit-Out Solutions
Fit-out is where design intent meets the site. We coordinate architecture, joinery, MEP and FF&E so community buildings, event venues, restaurants and homes open exactly as drawn, with finishes, lighting and furniture installed and styled by the same team that planned them.

Architectural & Interior Design
Our design teams in Cairo and Riyadh shape mixed-use towers, master-planned destinations, hotels and restaurants, from massing and façade to the lobby lounge and the last pendant. Every concept is developed with buildability in mind and visualised in 3D before a decision reaches site.
